Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in dealership maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and experience with heavy equipment operation. We operate an in-house fleet of 6+ Freightliner Cascadia, 30+ Semi Trailers, and reefers. Tools are provided for the job.

Responsibilities:
– Build, rebuild, and repair all parts of company equipment
– Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines and vehicles
– Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
– Conduct inspections to identify worn or damaged parts
– Operate heavy equipment such as cranes for repairs

Requirements:
– Must have working knowledge of most of the systems located on a truck, truck tractor, and semi-trailer
– Proven experience in automotive repair, particularly diesel engines
– Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
– Familiarity with hydraulics and tire service
– Ability to solder and work with various tools and equipment
– Proficiency in crane operation is a plus
